The BGH86 SwP is a extended range replacement transmitter compatible with all Ditch Witch SubSite 750 and SubSite 752 locating systems. It operates at 29 kHz
Use 12 kHz for better penetration in difficult soils and deeper bores. Switch to 29 kHz for standard SubSite 750/752 operation with maximum accuracy. Both modes deliver a working depth of up to 22 meters and inclination accuracy of ±0.1%.
How to select frequency:
- — Insert batteries from the top → 12 kHz
- — Insert batteries from the bottom → 29 kHz
The selected frequency is set after 5 seconds. Wait 60 seconds after removing batteries before changing frequency — the sonde continues operating for 40–50 seconds after battery removal.
